As the Brand & Content Team Leader at Endeavour Foundation, you bring our storytelling and content strategy to life. Leading a talented team of content creators, you deliver high-impact content and campaigns that drive client acquisition, fundraising and advocacy across our portfolios.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution excellence. As 2IC to the Brand & Content Manager, you help ensure continuity, consistency and momentum across Brand and Content, while improving how we work through smarter processes, data and AI.

Key duties of this role are to:

  • Lead a small content team to deliver storytelling that drives client acquisition and impact across the organisation.
  • Plan and execute content strategy across awareness, consideration and conversion.
  • Act as 2IC to the Brand & Content Manager, providing leadership and decision-making when required.
  • Own end-to-end content delivery from planning and briefing through creation to optimisation and reporting.
  • Lead a video, SEO and AI-led content model across internal teams and agency partners.
  • Oversee content quality and consistency across channels, ensuring inclusive and on-brand outputs.
  • Lead the use and governance of brand tools and content assets, including templates and video libraries.
  • Use data, insights and testing to improve content performance and demonstrate impact.
  • Improve content quality, scale and efficiency through stronger processes, AI and technology.
  • Manage workflows, timelines and team capacity to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Partner with Digital, Growth and other teams to support engagement and business outcomes.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, fostering collaboration, creativity and continuous improvement

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital media or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in content or digital media, with 2+ years' leadership experience
  • Proven ability to lead teams, coach individuals and manage workloads
  • A strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, video and multi-format content
  • Experience delivering content across the full funnel
  • A data-led mindset with experience improving performance over time
  • Practical experience using AI or emerging tools to lift content quality or output
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to getting things done
  • Experience with CMS platforms (preferably HubSpot), Adobe Creative Suite and analytics tools
  • Passion for purpose-driven work and authentic storytelling
  • Healthcare, disability or NDIS experience desirable

You will be required to undertake a "Fit2Work" National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
